1. Legal right of withdrawal (European Union)

If you purchase online as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without having to justify your decision.

For sales contracts concerning goods, this period begins on the day when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use this form, send us an email, or contact us through any other means that clearly communicates your withdrawal request.

2. Extended commercial return policy (up to 60 days)

In addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, Figaro ART (UNDERBODYGUARDS) accepts return requests up to 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.

This extended commercial return policy applies provided that:

• the product is returned in good condition;
• the product does not show damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, impact, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
• the product is returned with all included accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging or in packaging suitable for safe transport.

Important: this 60-day policy is an additional commercial guarantee offered by Figaro ART (UNDERBODYGUARDS)  and does not limit or replace any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union law.

3. Return shipping costs

If the withdrawal right is exercised within the legal 14-day period, the consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless Scut Protection has expressly agreed to bear that cost or failed to inform the consumer in advance that such costs must be paid by the consumer.

Where withdrawal is exercised in accordance with applicable law, the original standard delivery costs paid in the initial order will also be reimbursed. However, any additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the store will not be reimbursed.

For returns accepted under the extended 60-day commercial return policy, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received, or once the consumer has provided sufficient proof that the goods have been returned, we will issue the applicable refund without undue delay and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Condition of returned goods

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to negligent use, incorrect installation, post-delivery modification, or use that is not in accordance with the product instructions.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded under applicable consumer law, including, among others, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods, where applicable.
